WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE PRICES ON THE SITE?
All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN).

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select a product, click the "Add to cart" option, and follow the instructions to complete the order. Then enter the invoice details: first name, last name, address, and phone number, and finish the purchase.

DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
No, we currently only deliver within Poland.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping is free.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the order date. Your order will arrive within approximately 5 to 9 business days from the time of shipment.

Note – delivery time depends on the chosen shipping option.

Delays may occur due to holidays and/or unforeseen events such as floods or typhoons. Please also note that customs inspections may affect delivery times.

CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
After shipping your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number and information on how to track your order.
